Pinning

Is it the new "winning"? Or maybe "pwning"? Whatever it is, it's fun.

However, here's my gripe with Pinterest: It makes me spend money on things, and it's making me decorate the house I don't have. I will say that it feeds me pretty well, though. Man, people out there really know how to cook!

Okay, so this spending money thing... I have discovered a brand of nail polish that I am now nearly obsessed with. I went from never having heard of this brand to owning five of their colors. In two weeks. Seriously. And it's not exactly cheap.

Oh well. Anyway. It's called Butter London. Yeah, I'm sure there are people out there who have been using it for years. Sorry. I am now on the bandwagon. Er, nailwagon.

On top of spending money on nail polish and having "nail polish theatre" (to borrow a phrase from a friend) every week, Pinterest has made me want things - carpets, stairs, a themed bedroom - for a house I don't have!

My - very concise - thoughts on Pinterest: It's great when you're bored, but expect to want things you don't need and to spend way too much time in front of your computer screen. And beware of compulsive spending! You will fall in love with things you see!

To finish up, I have some pictures of the Butter London polishes I've tried so far.
